提高栓钉焊接合格率工艺研究

摘要 通过对钢结构安装施工中栓钉与钢梁、钢柱现场焊接质量进行探究,以获得优质栓钉焊接接头为目的,找出栓钉在焊接过程中易出现的问题。结合现场焊接实例,对栓钉质量、焊接电流、钢构件表面漆膜厚度、楼承板厚度、施工环境等可能影响栓钉焊接的因素进行分析,按照规范要求结合以往类似工程的施工经验,不断探索、持续改进,在确保焊接质量的前提下加快施工进度。在大面积施焊前,进行焊接工艺评定,通过现场试验对实测数据进行统计分析,获得相对准确的焊接工艺参数,经过试验研究出一种保证质量要求的现场可行性焊接技术,从而提高栓钉焊接的一次性合格率。 Through the investigation of the on–site welding quality of bolts and steel beams and columns in the installation and construction of steel structures, with the aim of obtaining high–quality bolted nail welding joints, find out the problems that are easy to occur in the welding process of bolt nails. Combined with field welding examples, the quality and welding current of bolts, the surface paint film thickness of steel components, and the thickness of the floor cover plate The degree, construction environment and other factors that may affect bolt welding are analyzed. In accordance with the requirements of the standard, combined with previous construction experience in similar projects, continuous exploration and improvement are constantly explored to speed up the construction progress under the premise of ensuring welding quality. Before large–area welding, the welding process evaluation is carried out, the measured data are statistically analyzed through field tests, relatively accurate welding process parameters are obtained, and a field feasibility welding technology to ensure quality requirements has been developed through experiments, so as to improve the disposable acceptance rate of bolted welding.
