摘要
某住宅群体工程场地狭小,料场布置困难,住宅楼地下4层、车库地下3层,地下1层覆土2.5 m,在设计时为了应对车库覆土荷载,加大了梁、板的结构尺寸,形成了地下1层大多数构件均是超限的工况,且地下车库存在大量的斜梁、斜板,整体模架布置困难。经分析研究认为:车库模架布置需从地下3层开始规划,确保立杆传力位置对齐,通过车库顶板堆料解决结构期间场地狭小的工况,以达到充分调动施工资源、保障施工顺利开展的目的。
The engineering site of a residential group is narrow, and the layout of the stockyard is difficult.There are four floors underground of the residential building, three floors underground of the garage, and the underground floor is covered with soil of 2.5 m. In the design, in order to cope with the soil covering load of the garage, the structural dimensions of beams and plates are increased, forming the working condition that most components of the underground floor are out of limit, and there are a large number of Inclined Beams and inclined plates in the underground garage, so the overall formwork layout is difficult. After careful analysis and research, it is considered that the layout of garage formwork needs to be planned from the three underground floors to ensure the alignment of the force transfer position of the vertical pole, and the working condition of narrow site during the structure period can be solved through the stacking of garage roof, so as to fully mobilize construction resources and ensure the smooth development of construction.
