摘要
为改善方形柱四角混凝土承载力,介绍一种五螺箍筋混凝土方柱,采用多个连续圆螺旋箍组合的配筋方式,使混凝土方柱的螺旋箍筋围束面积加大,进而使混凝土方柱具良好承载效应。混凝土方柱的箍筋可采用机械加工成型,制作加工效率高,经济效益良好。根据五螺箍柱的相关承载力试验及地方设计规范相关条款,以及受力构件可能的破坏状态下的内力平衡公式,对五螺箍柱正截面及斜截面承载力公式进行推导,分析比较相关公式的计算结果,并结合规范进行案例设计分析,希望让设计者了解多螺箍柱的设计方法及其工业化应用优势。
To improve the case, five spiral hoops are designed to the rectangle section of concrete column.Except the center spiral hoop, 4 smaller spiral hoops are fit to the corner of the section. And bearing capacity is raised as the confined section area is increasing. As five spiral hoops provide more effective confinement in rectangular concrete column and the multi-spiral can automated forming by machine in high efficiency, five-spiral hoops are proposed in future applications. So design commentaries with calculation formula of the bear and shear force are deduced according to the limited balance force calculated formula, the test studies and the formula used in the code in Taiwan district. multi-spiral column design results from different formula is calculated in the following.For further understanding, example for column in frame structure building are perform also.
