彩色透水混凝土在玉溪海绵城市建设中施工关键技术

COLOR PERVIOUS CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION KEY TECHNOLOGY IN YUXI SPONGE CITY CONSTRUCTION

玉溪海绵城市建设工程中彩色透水混凝土主要从透水混凝土基层、面层施工进行改进,通过优化混凝土配合比达到增加混凝土路面透水性的效果。从施工工艺上合理改善透水混凝土的投料顺序、成型与养护方法,进而改善透水混凝土的性能,极大提升了其强度、耐久性及透水性。在提升城市功能、保持城市生态环境等方面充分发挥了透水混凝土的关键作用,以期取得良好效益,供同类工程借鉴。

The color pervious concrete in Yuxi sponge city construction project is mainly improved from pervious concrete base and surface construction, and the effect of increasing the permeability of concrete pavement is achieved by optimizing the concrete mix ratio. In the process of construction, the material feeding sequence,forming and curing method of pervious concrete are rationally improved, so as to improve the performance of pervious concrete and greatly enhance its strength, durability and permeability.
