摘要
针对大直径基桩承载力试验展开研究,分析双荷载箱自平衡法的应用方式及注意事项,通过工程实例对施工作业现场的各方面试验条件进行整理,在保证试验方便快捷、费用低廉的前提下,寻求有效处理传统静载试验存在的限制性问题,合理利用双荷载箱自平衡法完成相应承载力试验,并保证最终实验结果的有效性和代表性,通过这种方式提升工程桩在实际施工阶段的强度,全面提升工程建设质量。
This paper studies the bearing capacity test of large-diameter foundation piles, analyzes the application methods and precautions of the double load box self balancing method, sorts out the test conditions of all aspects of the construction site through engineering examples, seeks to effectively deal with the restrictive problems existing in the traditional static load test on the premise of ensuring that the test is convenient, fast and low-cost,and reasonably uses the double load box self balancing method to complete the corresponding bearing capacity test. Then, it will ensure the effectiveness and representativeness of the final experimental results, so as to improve the strength of the engineering pile in the actual construction stage and comprehensively improve the quality of engineering construction.
