堆积体隧道进洞大管棚施工方法与工程应用 被引量:1

摘要 G4216线宜金高速公路XJ20合同段紧邻雷波县段金沙江,受干热河谷气候影响,隧道洞口多为崩滑堆积体,地质条件复杂,隧道进洞困难,直接面临洞口大管棚施工成孔难的问题,过程中常出现管棚钻孔整体轴线出现较大偏差、掉管、钢管难于顶进就位等技术问题。从3方面对堆积体隧道进洞大管棚施工方法进行改进与创新。效益分析得出改进的大管棚施工方法可缩减施工经费,增加经济效益。 The XJ20 contract section of Yijin expressway of G4216 line is close to the Jinsha river in Leibo County. Affected by the dry and hot valley climate, the tunnel portal is mostly colluvial accumulation, with complex geological conditions and difficult tunnel entry. It is directly faced with the problem of difficult hole formation in the construction of large pipe shed at the portal. In the process, there are often technical problems such as large deviation of the overall axis of pipe shed drilling, pipe dropping, and difficulty in jacking steel pipes into place. This paper improves and innovates the construction method of large pipe shed in the accumulation tunnel from three aspects.Benefit analysis shows that the improved construction method of large pipe shed can reduce construction funds and increase economic benefits.
