涤、棉及其混纺机织物颜料墨水扩散特性与数码印花质量研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究颜料墨水在纯棉、涤棉(T/C)、纯涤纶平纹机织物上的扩散特性及显色性质,分析纱线混纺比与织物结构对数码印花清晰度及呈色效果的影响,探讨预处理对数码印花质量的影响。结果表明:颜料墨水在织物上的扩散形态与织物原料有关,在纯棉织物上近似圆形、涤棉织物上近似椭圆形、纯涤纶织物上近似“十”字形;墨滴在经密大于纬密的机织物上存在扩散各向异性,即经向扩散长度大于纬向;墨滴的扩散面积可以反映印花清晰度,扩散面积越大,印花清晰度越差,随着纱线中涤纶含量的增加以及织物密度的增大,墨滴扩散面积增大;印花的颜色深度(K/S值)随着涤纶含量的减少以及织物密度的增大而降低;预处理可有效提高颜料墨水数码印花的清晰度以及颜色深度,而不会影响摩擦色牢度。 The diffusion characteristics and color rendering of pigment ink on cotton, terylene/cotton(T/C) and polyester woven fabrics were studied. The effects of yarn blending ratio and fabric structure on the definition and color of digital printing with pigment ink were analyzed. And the influence of pretreatment on the quality of digital printing was discussed. The results show that: the diffusion form of pigment ink on the fabrics is related to the material, which is approximately round on cotton fabric, oval on T/C fabric and cross on polyester fabric. The ink droplets have diffusion anisotropy on woven fabrics with warp density greater than weft density, that is, the diffusion length in the warp is greater than the one in the weft. The diffusion area can reflect the definition of printing, the larger the diffusion area is, the worse the definition is. With the increase of polyester content and density of fabric, the diffusion area increases. The color depth(K/S value) decreases with the decrease of polyester content and the increase of fabric density. Pretreatment can effectively improve the definition and color depth without affecting the colorfastness to crocking.
