主要以新时代美术教育的理论与实践研究为重点进行阐述,首先分析新时代美术教育的理论;其次从优化学习内容,创设良好学习环境、引导学生积累实践经验,搭建美术学习情景,引进生活元素,帮助学生明确价值取向、灵活运用互联网技术、重构网络模式的美术教育方式;最后通过激励开展教学工作,增强美术教育效果等几个方面深入说明并探讨新时代美术教育的有效实践,旨意在为相关研究提供参考。

This paper is mainly focused on the theory and practice of art education in the new era.Firstly,it analyzes the theory of art education in the new era;Secondly,this paper explores the education approach in terms of optimizing the learning content,creating a good learning environment,guiding students to accumulate practical experience,building art learning scenarios,introducing life elements,helping students to clarify their value orientation,flexibly using Internet technology,and reconstructing network mode;Finally,it explained and discussed deeply the effective practice of art education in the new era from several aspects,such as conduting teaching work by encouragment and enhancing the effect of art education with the purpose to provide reference for relevant research.
