Exploration on the Construction of School Style in Primary and Middle Schools Under the Background of“Double Reduction”Policy

学风建设是学校建设的重点目标之一。“双减”政策背景下,基础教育阶段的学风建设成为各学校领导者和班主任工作的艰巨任务。因此,从思想教育、师资组建、文化建设、家校合作等四个方面入手,分析当前基础教育阶段的学风建设现状及问题所在,并探索出适应基础教育阶段学风建设的新路径,以期为提高基础教育的质量水平提供帮助。

The construction of study style is one of the key objectives of school construction.Under the background of the“Double Reduction”policy,the construction of study style in the basic education stage has become an arduous task for school administrators and head teachers.Therefore,starting from the four aspects of ideological education,building of teaching staff,cultural construction and home-school cooperation,this paper analyzes the status and problems of constructing study style in the current stage of basic education,and explores a new path for the construction of study style in the stage of basic education,with a view to providing help for improving the quality of basic education.
