“立德树人”视角下高校体育教学实践探究 被引量:2

摘要 为了促进人才的个性化发展,该文将“立德树人”作为研究背景,对高校体育教学实践开展研究,分析“立德树人”与“体育文化人”之间的相互作用、高校体育教学实践现状,提出基于“立德树人”视角下构建高校体育课程体系的措施,将与社会主义核心价值观相关的内容与教育理念、课程体系进行对接,在体现体育学科育人、教育实践育人价值的同时,引导学生在参与体育运动项目时,要学会严私德、守公德。确定体育文化人人才培养实践模式,定期在校内开展以科学素质、人文精神为主题的大型体育活动,使学生具备团队协作能力、交流沟通能力等。建立多维度教学评价与质量反馈机制,保证素质教育工作质量的稳步提升。 In order to improve the individual development ability of talents,the"Lide Shuren"is used as the research background to carry out research on the practice of physical education in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the interaction between"Lide Shuren"and"cultivating people with sports culture"and the current situation of PE teaching practice in colleges and universities,and puts forward measures to build a PE curriculum system in colleges and universities based on the perspective of"Lide Shuren",docking the content and educational ideas related to core values with the curriculum system.While embodying the value of"educating people by physical education discipline"and"educating people by educational practice",students should be guided to learn"strict private morality"and"public morality"when participating in sports.Determine the practice mode of"sports culture person"talent training,regularly carry out large-scale sports activities with the theme of"scientific quality"and"humanistic spirit"in the school,so as to enable students to have the ability of teamwork and communication.Establish a multi-dimensional teaching evaluation and quality feedback mechanism to ensure the steady improvement of quality education.
