我国体育职业教育质量保障体系的优化研究

Research on the Optimization of the Quality Assurance System of Physical Vocational Education in China

为推动体育职业教育发展,加快体育强国建设进程,该文采用逻辑分析法与文献资料法,对体育职业教育现有质量保障体系及存在的问题进行研究。分析发现,当前我国体育职业教育质量保障体系主要存在以下4点问题:法制建设不健全,经费投入效益差,人才培养目标空泛,就业指导模式不完善。在借鉴国外职业教育的基础上,对我国体育职业教育质量保障体系提出以下4点建议:加强政府主导,完善法制建设;政府经费均衡投入,落实投入与效益;围绕教育本质,优化培养目标;建立就业与咨询部门,提升就业回报率。以期为推动体育强国建设进程建言献策。

In order to promote the development of sports vocational education and boost the construction process of sports power,by using the methods of logical analysis and literature,this paper studies the existing quality assurance system and existing problems of physical vocational education.It is found that there are four main problems in the current quality assurance system of physical vocational education in China:The legal system is not perfect;The benefit of fund input is poor;The goal of talent training is vague;The employment guidance model is imperfect.On the basis of drawing lessons from foreign vocational education,this paper puts forward the following four suggestions for the quality assurance system of physical vocational education in China:Strengthen the government leadership and improving the legal system;Government funds should be invested in a balanced way,and the investment and benefits should be implemented;Focus on the essence of education,optimizing the training objectives;Establish employment and consulting departments to improve the return on employment.With a view to promoting the process of building a sports power.
