基于ArcGIS Server的“三旧”改造信息系统设计

结合我国当前的城市发展以及社会建设来看,落实好旧城区改造,进一步盘活低效土地,已经成为了多方关注的重点,其中传统的土地管理模式以及规划方案已经存在滞后性,而利用信息技术打造的智能化改造体系,逐步产生了较好的效果。其中依托具体的案例,建立在ArcGIS Server的基础上打造“三旧”改造体系,构建智能的信息化平台,打造完善的监管以及服务系统,不仅能够提升城市“三旧”改造的效率,也可以为城市规划以及土地管理奠定良好基础。

Combined with the current urban development and social construction,the implementation of the old city reconstruction,further invigorate inefficient land,has become the focus of attention,among which the traditional land management mode and planning scheme has been delayed.The intelligent transformation system created by using information technology has gradually produced better results.Relying on specific cases,building a"three old"transformation system based on ArcGIS Server,building an intelligent information platform,and building a perfect supervision and service system can not only improve the efficiency of urban"three old"transformation,but also lay a good foundation for urban planning and land management.
