知识管理视角下科技型中小企业技术创新发展策略探究

Research on the Development Strategy of Technological Innovation of Smal and Medium-sized Scientific and Technological Enterprises from the Perspective of Knowledge Management

知识资源管理和科技创新能力是中小企业得以发展壮大的成功砝码,但科技型中小企业受规模较小以及资金匮乏等因素的制约,致使其创新发展后劲不足。现如今,在知识经济时代大背景下,知识管理对科技型中小企业的技术创新具有导向作用。该文从知识管理视角出发,旨在探析科技型中小企业技术创新的现状,并就如何将知识管理有效导入科技型中小企业技术创新过程中提出合理化发展路径。

Knowledge resource management and scientific and technological innovation ability are the successful weights for the development and expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises,but limited by factors such as small scale and lack of funds,the innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises is not strong enough.In today’s era of knowledge economy,knowledge management plays a guiding role in the technological innovation of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises.From the perspective of knowledge management,this paper aims to explore the current situation of technological innovation of small and mediumsized scientific and technological enterprises,and put forward a reasonable development path on how to effectively introduce knowledge management into the technological innovation process of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises.
