Problems and Optimization Strategies of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities

随着教育改革进程的不断深入,大专院校对于体育教学的重视程度也在不断提升。然而现阶段体育教学却存在着诸多问题,教师对于体育教学活动的开展并未注意到其与学生职业素养提升之间的关系。基于此,该文从大专院校体育教学开展的现状、影响其优化的因素、优化意义、存在问题以及优化策略等方面进行了浅要探析,旨在为其问题优化提供思路,进而促进大专院校教育的进步与发展。

With the deepening of the educational reform process, colleges and universities are paying more attention to PE teaching. However, at this stage, there are many problems in PE teaching. Teachers do not pay attention to the relationship between the development of PE teaching activities and the improvement of students’ professional quality. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of PE teaching in colleges and universities, the factors affecting its optimization, the significance of optimization, existing problems and optimization strategies, in order to provide ideas for its problem optimization, and then promote the progress and development of college education.
