高等教育人工智能下“双师型”教学研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,人工智能在各行各业中已经开始应用,对社会生产、人民生活、教育等起到了重要的作用。“双师型”教师要具备高校教师资格,符合高等教育法的规定,在职称之外还需要具备社会实践能力和经验,是双重素质型人才。人工智能对于构建高等教育“双师型”教育团队有非常重要的现实意义,符合我国当前教育改革的要求,结合互联网信息技术提高教学效率,更有利于培养应用型人才。“双师型”型教育兼具理论和实践教育,使用人工智能技术是未来教育的发展趋势。基于此,该文首先对高等教育人工智能下“双师型”教学的重要性进行了明晰,深入分析了“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设的现实困境,最后提出了高等教育“双师型”教学完善建议。 In recent years,artificial intelligence has been applied in all walks of life,playing an important role in social production,people’s life,education and so on.The"double qualified"teachers should have the qualifications of university teachers,comply with the provisions of the higher education law,and need to have social practical ability and experience in addition to the professional title.They are double qualified talents.Artificial intelligence is of great practical significance for building a"double qualified"education team in higher education,which meets the requirements of China’s current education reform.Combined with internet information technology,it can improve teaching efficiency and is more conducive to cultivating applied talents."Double qualified"education combines theoretical and practical education,and the use of artificial intelligence technology is the development trend of future education.Based on this,this paper first clarifies the importance of"double qualified"teaching under the artificial intelligence of higher education,deeply analyzes the practical dilemma of the construction of"double qualified"teachers’teaching innovation team,and finally puts forward suggestions for the improvement of"double qualified"teaching in higher education.
