摘要
科技的不断进步,人工智能技术在各领域渗透并不断实现突破,为社会生活各领域的服务与创新提供新的技术支持。公共图书馆作为区域公共文化服务的主阵地,也日渐成为应用最新科技满足民众阅读需求的重要平台与场所。同时,公共图书馆也是知识服务的重要社会主体之一,其重要社会职能——参考咨询服务也经历着从内容到形式的深刻变革与发展。该文从人工智能技术定义、特点与发展历程出发,对公共图书馆参考咨询服务应用人工智能技术后的服务内容和服务方式及存在的问题进行阐释,分析人工智能技术视域下公共图书馆参考咨询服务内容的数字化、服务方式的智能化,以及服务模式的个性化、精准化等诸多变革与变化。
With the continuous progress of science and technology, artificial intelligence technology has penetrated and made breakthroughs in various fields, providing new technical support for services and innovations in various fields of social life. As the main position of regional public cultural service, public library is also becoming an important platform and place to meet people’s reading needs by applying the latest technology. At the same time, public library is also one of the important social subjects of knowledge service, and its important social function-reference service has also experienced profound changes and development from content to form. Starting from the definition, characteristics and development process of artificial intelligence technology, this paper explains the service content, service mode and existing problems of public library reference service after the application of artificial intelligence technology, and analyzes many changes and changes in the digitization of public library reference service content, the intellectualization of service mode, and the personalization and accuracy of service mode from the perspective of artificial intelligence technology.
