含噻吩酰胺基硫脲的合成及除草活性研究

摘要 以5-甲基噻吩-2-甲酸和取代苯甲酸原料为主要原料合成8个含噻吩酰胺基硫脲类化合物,以2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸为阳性对照药,利用油菜平皿法测试该化合物对牛筋草、龙爪茅、鬼针草、青葙四种农田常见杂草的根、茎生长抑制效果。结果表明,合成的化合物N-3-甲基苯甲酰基-N’-(5-甲基-2-噻吩酰胺基)硫脲对四种杂草根的生长抑制效果与阳性药相当,对杂草的茎生长抑制效果不明显。 By thieno-fused-2-5-methyl formate and replace benzoic acid raw materials as the main raw material,eight containing thiophene amide thiourea compounds were synthesized,2,4-dichlorobenzene oxygen ethanoic acid as the positive control drug,using the method of rapeseed AGAR,the inhibition effect for four common farmland weeds of root and stem growth,Eleusine indica(L.)Gaertn.,Dactyloctenium,Bidens pilosa L.,Celosia argentea L.was tested by the synthetic compound.The results showed that the synthetic compound N-3-methylbenzoyl-N’-(5-methyl-2-thiophenamide)thiourea had the same inhibitory effect on the root growth of four weeds as the positive drug,but had no obvious inhibitory effect on the stem growth of weeds.
