摘要
通过对高碘酸钾分光光度法(GB/T11906-1989)的改进,避免了氧化铁颜料生产废水在进行锰(Ⅱ)浓度检测时被钙离子干扰;在加入少量试剂并加热煮沸10 min后即可测定浓度,准确性高,误差小;同时研究了改进后检测方法的准确性的影响因素。结果表明:在硝酸加入量为5 mL,硫磷混酸加入量为2 mL,饱和高碘酸钾加入量为3 mL,溶液温度为100℃时,优化后的高碘酸钾分光光度法方法准确性最高。
Through the improvement of potassium periodate spectrophotometry(GB/T 11906-1989),the interference of calcium ion in the determination of manganese(Ⅱ)concentration in the wastewater from iron oxide pigment production was avoided.The concentration can be determined after heating and boiling for 10 min,with accuracy and small error.Meanwhile,the factors affecting the accuracy of the improved determination method were studied.The results showed that the optimized potassium periodate spectrophotometric method had the highest accuracy when the amount of nitric acid was 5 mL,the amount of sulfur-phosphoric mixed acid was 2 mL,the amount of saturated potassium periodate was 3 mL and the solution temperature was 100℃.
