摘要 建立了HPLC测定化妆品中Δ^(9)-四氢大麻酚、Δ^(9)-四氢大麻酚酸A、大麻二酚和大麻酚的方法。以甲醇为提取溶剂,采用C色谱柱进行分离,以甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液(pH 6.0)(85:15)为流动相,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10μL,检测波长220 nm。在上述条件下4种组分分离良好,线性相关系数大于0.9993,检出浓度介于0.0011~0.0083 mg/g,4种基质加标回收率介于87.3%~111.1%,相对标准偏差介于1.9%~9.6%。该方法操作简便、结果准确良好,适用于化妆品中4种大麻酚类成分的测定。 A HPLC method was established for the determination of Δ^(9)-tetrahydrocannabinol,Δ^(9)-tetrahydrocannabinolic acid A,cannabinol and cannabinolin cosmetics.The cosmetics was diluted and extracted by ethanol and separated by Ccolumn,the mobile phase was methanol-0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution(pH 6.0)(15:85),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 10μL,the detection wavelength was 220 nm.Under the above conditions,the four components were well separated.The linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9993 and the detection limits were between 0.0011~0.0083 mg/g.The recoveries of standard addition were in the range from 87.3% to 111.1%and their relative standard deviations was between 1.9% to 9.6%.The results showed that the method had simplicity,highaccuracy and which was suitable for the analysis.
