摘要 通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS),以正戊烷为内标物,测定油漆中四种苯系物的含量,其中苯和甲苯在7.5~30.0μg/mL范围内线性良好,乙苯和二甲苯在65.0~300.0μg/mL范围内线性良好,其标准工作曲线相关系数均为0.997~0.999之间,其加标回收率为0.002~0.06μg/mL。采用GC-MS通过选择离子定量分析能够精准确定目标化合物,将油漆样品复杂成分中的杂质排除掉,避免定性判断错误;采用内标法通过多点复合曲线能够精确检测出苯系物含量,结果更为准确。 Through the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry association instrument(GC-MS),the content of four benzenes in the paint was determined with orthoane as the internal marker,of which benzene and toluene were linearly good in the range of 7.5 to 30.0μg/mL,and ethyl benzene and xylene were in the the linearity is good in the range of 65.0 to 300.0μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient of the standard working curve was between 0.997 and 0.999,and the label recovery rate was 0.002~0.06μg/mL.GC-MS can accurately identify the target compound by selecting ion quantitative analysis,eliminate impurities from the complex components of paint samples,avoid qualitative errors of judgment,and accurately detect benzene content by multi-point composite curve by internal standarding method,and the results are more accurate.
