摘要
为了分析余吾煤业原煤和构造煤的X射线光电子能谱,对比研究了原煤和构造煤样品表面元素碳、氧、氮元素的结构归属和相对含量,获得了样品的结构特征差异。碳结构主要以C-H和C-C形式存在,氧元素以C-O、C=O和COO-形式存在,N-5和N-6是主要的氮结构表现形式。与原煤相比,构造煤的表面元素表现为碳元素含量增加、氧元素含量减少及氮元素含量不变,体现了应力作用下煤体含氧官能团含量减少、煤化程度升高以及对氮元素含量影响较小的特征。
In order to analyze the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy of raw coal and tectonic coal of Yuwu Coal Industry,the structure assignment and relative content of carbon,oxygen and nitrogen elements on the surface of raw coal and tectonic coal samples were investigated through comparative analysis,and the difference of sample structure characteristicsed was obtained.Carbon existed mainly in the form of C-H and C-C.Oxygen existed in the form of C-O,C=O and COO-.Nitrogen existed mainly in the form of N-5 and N-6.Compared with the raw coal,the surface elements of the tectonic coal showed that the content of carbon element increased,the content of oxygen element decreased,and the content of nitrogen element remains unchanged,indicating the characteristics that the content of oxygen-containing functional groups in the coal body decreased under the action of stress,the degree of coalification increased,and the effect on the content of nitrogen elements was small.
