摘要 生鲜农产品季节性强、易腐烂,而消费者对于生鲜农产品需求却日益多样化和个性化,如何保障生鲜农产品的新鲜度和品质安全、满足客户个性化需求是目前生鲜农产品研究中最关键的问题。文中针对湖南省各地区生鲜农产品冷链物流问题进行分析,提出构建符合湖南省生鲜农产品特色的智慧冷链物流运作模式。该模式基于人工智能(AI)技术,依托湖南省生鲜农产品智慧冷链物流公共信息平台,以湖南省冷链物流龙头企业或生鲜农产品市场为核心,形成生鲜农产品加工、仓储、运输、配送等环节全程低温作业、无缝衔接的智慧冷链物流系统,以最大限度提高冷链物流作业效率,降低生鲜农产品的腐损率,保证产品质量。 Fresh agricultural products featured with strong seasonality are prone to be perishable,which the consumers demand for is increasingly diversified and personalized.How to ensure the freshness and quality safety of fresh agricultural products and meet the personalized consumer demand is the most critical issue in the study of fresh agricultural products.This paper analyzes the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in various regions of Hunan province,and proposes the construction of intelligent cold chain logistics operation mode in line with the characteristics of fresh agricultural products in Hunan province.Based on artificial intelligence(AI)technology,the mode relies on the public information platform of intelligent cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products of Hunan and takes the leading cold chain logistics enterprises of fresh agriculture products market as the core to form an intelligent cold chain logistics system seamlessly integrating processing,storage,transportation,distribution and other links of fresh agricultural products at a low temperature,hoping to maximize the efficiency of cold chain logistics operation,reduce the rot rate of fresh agricultural products and ensure product quality.
