湖北省烟草商业系统物流法人实体化运作模式研究

文中以湖北省烟草商业系统物流为研究对象,探讨分析物流法人实体化运作的必要性与可行性。烟草商业系统物流采取法人实体化运作模式有助于优化物流资源配置,规范物流服务标准,提升精益管理水平,提高物流全流程运行效率,实现烟草物流的自主管控发展。文中在综合分析的基础上进一步明确了物流法人实体化的运作目标,并为全省商业系统的物流法人实体化运作提出了具体的方案建议与实施路径。在烟草专卖专营体制下探索具有标准化、规模化、高效益的物流法人实体化运行模式。

This paper takes tobacco commercial logistics system in Hubei Province as the research object,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the logistics legal entity operation mode.The legal entity operation helps tobacco commercial logistics system to optimize the allocation of logistics resources,standardize logistics service standards,improve lean management level,improve logistics operation efficiency and realize independent control of tobacco logistics.This paper further defines the goal of logistics legal entity operation,and puts forward specific implementation suggestions and paths for legal entity operation mode of Hubei tobacco commercial logistics system.Exploring a standardized,large-scale and high-efficiency logistics legal entity operation mode under the tobacco monopoly system.
