资源共享视角下联盟网络对企业绩效影响的实证研究——以中小型物流企业为例

An Empirical Study on the Influence of Alliance Network on Enterprise Performance from the Perspective of Resource Sharing——Taking Small and Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises as an Example

随着经济全球化,物流业得到迅猛发展,如何提升物流效率,提高行业竞争力也成为了目前亟待解决的难题。对于中小型物流企业而言,采取企业联盟、资源共享已经成为了企业联盟提升自身企业绩效的首要选择。文中以中小型物流企业为对象,构建企业联盟网络、资源共享、物流企业绩效的实证模型,运用线性回归方法与层次回归法,探讨三者之间的关系。研究结果表明:企业联盟网络各维度对物流企业绩效具有正向影响;资源共享对物流企业绩效具有正向影响;资源共享在企业联盟网络及物流企业绩效间起部分中介作用。

With the economic globalization,the logistics industry developed rapidly,how to improve the efficiency of logistics and the competitiveness of the industry have become an urgent problem to be solved.For small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,adopting enterprise alliance and resource sharing have become the first choice for enterprise alliance to improve their own enterprise performance.This paper takes small and medium-sized logistics enterprises as the object,constructs an empirical model of enterprise alliance network,resource sharing,and logistics enterprise performance,and uses linear regression method and hierarchical regression method to explore the relationship between the three.The research results show that:the dimensions of the enterprise alliance network have a positive impact on the performance of logistics enterprises;resource sharing has a positive impact on the performance of logistics enterprises;resource sharing plays a partial mediating role between the enterprise alliance network and the performance of logistics enterprises.
