摘要 介绍了焙烧炉带式加热器的应用特点、现状和结构情况,并从加热器结构、热效率、维护便利性等方面对加热器技术改造为翅片管式加热器工作进行了较为详细的阐述。高温焙烧炉带式加热器在技术改造前故障率高、维修成本高、使用周期短、能耗高。通过技术改造为翅片管式加热器后,加热效率提升,故障率降低,维护方便,单吨产品电耗节省200 kW·h,达到了技术改造的目的,在实际应用中得到了较好的应证。 The application of high temperature baking furnace band heater,current situation and structure were introduced,and the structure of the heater,heat efficiency,maintenance convenience of heater technical renovation work for finned heater were discussed in detail.The belt heater of high temperature baking furnace had high failure rate,high maintenance cost,short service cycle and high energy consumption before technical transformation.After the technical transformation into the finned heater,the heating efficiency was improved,the failure rate was reduced,and the maintenance was convenient.The power consumption per ton product was saved by 200 kW·h,which achieved the purpose of technical transformation and had been well verified in practical application.
