Z-score体系下的物流企业财务风险预警研究——以顺丰控股为例

Research on Financial Risk Early Warning of Logistics Enterprises under Z-score System——Taking SF Holding Co.,Ltd.as an Example

零售供应链的改造升级推动了快递行业向全新的发展模式转型。顺丰控股作为快递行业的领先企业,其财务风险预警研究对整个行业具有重要的借鉴作用。文中选取2018-2020年顺丰控股股份有限公司财务绩效指标数据,基于Z-score模型研究,发现顺丰控股主要存在以下问题:财务情况稳定性较差,应该采取一系列风险规避措施;负债依赖程度高,债务偿还能力有待加强;受疫情影响,经营状况波动幅度较大;闲置资金较多,需要优化资源配置。根据上述问题,针对顺丰控股的未来发展运营提出切实建议。

The transformation and upgrading of the retail supply chain have promoted the transformation of the express industry to a new development model.SF Holding Co.,Ltd.is the leading enterprise in the express industry,of which the financial risk early warning research will provide an important reference for the whole industry.This paper selects the financial performance index data of SF Holding Co.,Ltd.from 2018 to 2020,and based on the Z-score model,that SF Holding Co.,Ltd.mainly has the following problems:the financial situation is unstable and the risk needs to be controlled;the debt dependence is high,and the debt repayment ability needs to be strengthened;affected by the epidemic,the business situation fluctuates greatly;there are many idle funds,so the allocation of resources needs to be optimized.In line with the problems,this paper comes up with practical suggestions for the development and operation of SF Holding Co.,Ltd.
