服务通航发展背景下航空类院校育人路径探究

Research on the Education Path of Aviation Colleges under the Background of ServingGeneral Aviation Development

通航产业作为“十四五”期间的战略型新兴产业,其快速发展离不开通航高端人才。文中通过对当前江苏省通航产业人才困境进行分析,进一步论述了省内航空类院校人才培养对通航产业人才需求的支持和保障作用,在服务通航产业发展的背景下持续完善育人路径,为拓宽通航高端人才培养的渠道和类型,加快扩大江苏省通航人才培养的规模以及提高通航人才培养质量作出贡献。

General aviation industry is a strategic emerging industry during the 14th Five-year Plan period,of which the rapid development is inseparable from high-end talents of general aviation.Through analyzing the talents problems existing in general aviation industry in Jiangsu province,this paper discusses the effects of support and guarantee of the talent training of aviation colleges and universities in the province on the talent demand of the general avition industry,and continuesly perfects the educational path under the background of serving the development of general aviation industry,so as to make a contribution to widening channels and types for talent training of general aviation industry,and quickening its expansion of the scale and the promotion of the quality of the general aviation talent training.
