化学化工类实验室安全信息化建设的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Experimental Safety and Informatization Management in Laboratory of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering

面对日益复杂严峻的实验室安全形势,信息化建设是实验室安全建设的必由之路。本文提出信息化建设需要紧密结合学科专业特色进行建设,特别是化学化工类实验室不仅具有水电气等通用安全隐患,而且还有化学品、废弃物等安全风险,在分析化学化工类实验室安全隐患种类的基础上,从安全准入、过程管理、废弃物处置等方面对化解上述安全隐患的信息化建设进行探索与实践。

Considering the increasingly complicated safety situation,informatization construction is the first choice to promote the level of laboratory management.The informatization construction needs to be closely combined with the characteristic of disciplines and majors.In particular,the laboratories of chemistry and chemical engineering not only have general safety risks,such as water,electricity and gas,but also exist chemicals and waste disposal.Based on the rational analysis of the types of safety risks of chemistry and chemical engineering laboratories,the manuscript tried to explore and practice informatization construction from the perspectives of safety access,process management,waste disposal and other aspects to resolve the safety risks.
