基于配网线路最大分段用户数的配电自动化开关布点方法 被引量:2

摘要 在10 kV配网线路中,为提升配网线路供电可靠性,针对配电自动化开关的规划布点问题,提出了一种基于线路最大分段用户数的配电自动化开关规划布点方法。首先分析了目前国内部分地区配电自动化开关规划方法。然后以XX供电局的10条高故障配网中压10 kV线路为例,计算出10条10 kV高故障配网线路的n年故障停电时户数,建立了n+3年故障停电时户数预期降幅比例指标、n+3年预期故障停电时户数指标、n+3年预期平均停电户数指标、n+3年预期平均单次停电影响户数指标4个供电可靠性指标模型来计算线路最大分段用户数并以此作为配电自动化开关布点依据。然后利用供电可靠性指标进一步验证了该配电自动化开关规划布点方法的可行性与合理性。 In order to improve the reliability of power supply in 10 kV distribution lines,a method for distribution automation switches planning based on the maximum number of segment users is presented.Firstly,the current planning methods of distribution automation switches in some parts of China are analyzed.Then,taking 10 medium-voltage 10 kV lines in the high-fault distribution network of XX Power Supply Bureau as an example,the number of users during n-year power outage for ten 10 kV high-fault distribution lines is calculated,and the proportionate index of expected decline in the number of users during n+3-year power outage,the index of the expected number of users during n+3-year power outage,the index of expected average number of users during n+3-year power outage,the index of expected average number of users during n+3-year each power outage are established.Four power supply reliability index models are used to calculate the maximum number of segment users between distribution automation switches.Then,the feasibility and rationality of the distribution automation switch planning method are further verified by the power supply reliability index.
