摘要
电力变压器外部近区短路产生的故障电流流过绕组,会产生巨大电磁力对变压器绕组的危害极大。分析发现,设计时对供电电源点的考虑不充分、材料选取不当、制造工艺控制不好、电网扩充造成在运变压器抗短路能力不足是造成变压器故障损坏的主要原因。通过加强变压器设计、控制制造工艺、改善电力网结构和运行方式、改变设备参数和加强设备运维等措施,可有效提升变压器的抗短路能力。
The fault current generated by the short circuit outside the power transformer flows through the winding,which will generate huge electromagnetic force and cause great harm to the transformer winding.The analysis found that the main reasons for the failure of the transformer were insufficient consideration of the power supply point in the design,improper selection of materials,poor control of the manufacturing process,and insufficient short-circuit resistance of the transformer in operation due to the expansion of the power grid.By strengthening the transformer design,controlling the manufacturing process,improving the structure and operation mode of the power network,changing the equipment parameters,and strengthening the operation and maintenance of the equipment,the short-circuit resistance of the transformer can be effectively improved.
