摘要
为了实现涪陵页岩气勘探开发进入第二阶段,满足老区加密井、调整井增多需求,特别是发挥钻井泵这一核心钻井装备功效,通过钻井液密度上限和强化钻井参数需求对循环压耗进行建模,完善了含岩屑床与不含岩屑床时偏心环空压耗模型,计算结果表明需要配套高压钻井泵。焦页2-S3HF井现场试验证明,将35 MPa钻井泵改造成52 MPa钻井泵,满足三开长水平段井平均排量31.4 L/s,最大排量37 L/s。同时该井采用Φ139大尺寸非标钻杆,三开长水平段泵压控制在27 MPa以内,使得该井整体机械钻速较2018年提高18.7%,钻井周期缩短24.5%。
In order to meet the need for more infill wells and adjustment wells after the Fuling shale gas exploration and development had entered the second stage,we modeled the circulating pressure loss by adjusting the upper limit of drilling fluid density and the requirements for enhanced drilling parameters to improve the eccentric annulus pressure loss model with cuttings bed and without cuttings bed,so as to make full use of the function of the core drilling equipment of the drilling pump.The calculation results show that a high pressure drilling pump is needed.The field test of Well Jiaoye 2-S3HF proved that the average flow rate of 31.4 L/s and the maximum flow rate of 37 L/s in the three-spud long horizontal well can be satisfied by transforming the 35 MPa drilling pump into 52 MPa drilling pump.At the same time,theφ139 large-size non-standard drill pipe was used in the well,and the pump pressure in the three-spud horizontal section was controlled within 27 MPa,which increased the overall ROP by 18.7%and shortened the drilling cycle by 24.5%compared to 2018.
