摘要
以某医学院外语教研室全体教师为研究对象,构建“自救式学研互助共同体”。目的是通过项目组成员之间有计划、有步骤地进行互助引导合作,实现项目组成员及教学对象在通用英语教学、课程思政改革、医学英语尝试以及线上课程建设方面的双赢局面。研究结果显示:项目组成员在教学态度、教学改革和科研项目建设各个方面都有了从量变到质变的飞跃。
Taking all the teachers in the department of foreign language teaching and research of a medical university as the research object,the“self-help community of mutual assistance in learning and research”was established.The research aims to achieve a win-win situation between the project team members and the teaching objects in general English teaching,reform of ideological and political curriculum,medical English experiment and online course construction through planned and step-by-step mutual assistance and guidance among the project team members.The results show that the project team members have made a leap from a quantitative to qualitative change in teaching attitude,teaching reform and scientific research project construction.
