基于隐喻定量分析的大学英语教师角色研究

A Study on the role of college English teachers based on quantitative analysis of metaphor

摘要 为了充分认识和挖掘隐喻所具有现实影响力,参照Pragglejaz Group提出的英语识别路径(MIP),在有限定性调查分析和定量评价的基础上挖掘学生创作的隐喻作品中所蕴含的创新、创造的智慧信息,以促进教师深入反思并优化自身角色,推动教师教育理念与教学实践的发展。课题研究方法与获得的成果供广大大学英语教师同仁与相关研究机构参考。 In order to fully understand and tap the realistic influence of metaphor,the Metaphor Identification Procedure(MIP)proposed by Pragglejaz Group is used to explore the innovative and creative wisdom information contained in the metaphorical works composed by students on the basis of limited qualitative investigation and analysis and quantitative evaluation,so as to promote teachers to reflect deeply and optimize their roles and also to push the development of teachers'educational ideas and teaching practices.The research methods and results are available for the reference of college English teachers and related research institutions.
