瓦楞纸板展示架作为一种展示手段,是随着POP广告发展而来的。它具有绿色环保、方便运输、组装迅速等优点。本文通过分析现有快消品展示架的现状,及快消品的陈列方式和销售环境,进而对商品销售过程中展示架需要起到的保护和展示功能进行剖析,通过合理的结构设计以达到绿色环保,保护产品的功能,由此设计出一款一纸成型、结构简单、自带护栏、全程无胶等特点的快消品展示架。一纸成型的结构使其更加节省材料,图纸拼版规整,生产效率高、成本低,成型无需胶水粘合,环保实用。

Corrugated cardboard showing stand,as a display means,is along with the development of POP advertising.It has the advantages of green environmental protection,convenient transportation and rapid assembly,which placed in the sales place,can play a role in displaying goods,convey information and promoting sales.This paper analyzes the disadvantages of the existing FMCG display rack and FMCG display way and sales environment,the display rack of the commodity sales process need to play a protection and display function,through the reasonable structure design to achieve green environmental protection,protect product function,thus designed a paper molding,simple structure,bring guardrail,no bonding of FMCG display rack.A paper molding structure makes it more material saving,drawing collage neat,high production efficiency,low cost,molding without glue bonding,environmental protection and practical.
