基于析取图的铁水联运港口设备协同调度方法 被引量:7

Disjunctive Graph Based Integrated Scheduling Method for Port Handling Equipment for Railway-waterway Intermodal Transportation

摘要 港口铁路建设已被纳入我国现代化交通运输体系发展规划,铁水联运发展将面临新契机。本文主要研究铁路装卸线引入港口后,涉及铁路集装箱装卸、转运作业的轨道门吊、集卡、场吊协同作业方法。针对轨道门吊混合装卸模式,以最小化作业完工时间和设备空驶时间为优化目标,建立具有集装箱作业顺序优先级约束的设备协同调度模型。其次,基于析取图设计4种邻域算子,通过变邻域禁忌搜索算法求解问题。最后,采用一组算例对比不同装卸模式的作业效率,结果表明,混合装卸模式能够有效缩短作业完工时间和设备空驶时间。用大规模算例对算法效率及关键参数进行量化分析,算法能在300 s内求得较优解,最优解与10组实验平均解的GAP值不超过4.6%。 The inclusion of railway construction in ports in the development plan of China’s modern transportation system brings new opportunities to the development of railway-waterway intermodal transportation.This paper mainly optimized the integrated scheduling of rail mounted gantry cranes,container trucks,and yard cranes involved in loading/unloading and transshipment operations of railway containers after the railway lines are introduced into the port.Considering the container operation sequence priority constraints in the mixed handling mode of rail mounted gantry cranes,a multi-equipment integrated scheduling model was established with the goal of minimizing the makespan and empty travel time of equipment.Moreover,four neighborhood structures were designed based on disjunction graph for tabu search algorithm with variable neighborhood strategy to solve the problem.Finally,a set of numerical examples were conducted to analyze the operation efficiency under different handling modes.The results indicate that the mixed handling mode can effectively shorten the makespan and empty travel time of equipment.Based on a set of large-scale numerical examples used to quantify the efficiency and key parameters of the algorithm,the algorithm can obtain a suboptimal solution within 300s,and the GAP value between the optimal solution and the average solution of 10 groups of experiments does not exceed 4.6%.
