摘要
建立超声萃取结合气相色谱串联质谱仪法测定皮革制品中环氧丙烷的含量。选择乙酸乙酯作为溶剂,在40℃下超声提取皮革制品中环氧丙烷,然后进行气相色谱串联质谱仪分析,运用外标法定量。结果表明,在1~50 mg/L范围内,方法的检出限为10.0 mg/kg,加标回收率范围为91%~110%,相对标准偏差是1.25%(n=6)。该方法可行,可适用于皮革制品中环氧丙烷的测定。
An ultrasonic extraction combined with GC-MS was established to determine the content of propylene oxide in leather products.This method uses ethyl acetate as solvent to ultrasonically extract propylene oxide from leather products at 40℃,and then analysize by GC-MS and uses external standard quorum.The results show that in the range of 1-50 mg/L,the detection limit of the method is 10.0 mg/kg,the standard recovery rate is in the range of 91%-110%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.25%(n=6).This method is feasible,reliable and suitable for the determination of propylene oxide in leather products.
