工匠精神视域下高职院校技能型人才培养的价值导向--以酒店管理与数字化运营专业为例

Value Orientation of the Cultivation of Skilled Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Craftsmanship Spirit:Take Hotel Management and Digital Operations as an Example

高职院校将基于工匠精神的技能型人才培养作为其重要目标,既是当代价值的体现,也是时代发展之需。共同推进职业教育的创新发展,将为践行湖南省“三高四新”战略创立新的局面。文章以酒店管理与数字化运营专业为例,深化工匠精神内涵的同时,加强工匠精神与复合型技能人才耦合性,从职业教育供给侧改革的角度,有助于不断推进职业教育现代化稳步发展。

Higher vocational colleges take the cultivation of skilled talents based on the spirit of craftsmen as their important goal,which is not only the embodiment of contemporary value,but also the need for the development of the times.Promoting the innovative development of vocational education will create a new situation for the implementation of the"three highlands and four new missions"strategy of Hunan Province.Taking the major of hotel management and digital operation as an example,this paper deepens the connotation of craftsman spirit,strengthens the coupling between craftsman spirit and compound skilled talents,and continuously promotes the steady development of the modernization of vocational education from the perspective of supply-side reform of vocational education.
