摘要
随着我国高职教育的快速发展,高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设面临着严峻的挑战。在产教融合背景下,通过定位高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设、加强“双师型”教师实践能力培养、完善“双师型”教师队伍管理机制,加快高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设,为高职院校的进一步发展打牢基础,有助于缩小高职院校培养与企业实际需求差距,有利于提高高职院校育人质量。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education of our country,the construction of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges is facing severe challenges.Under the background of integration education,in order to strengthen the foundation of further development of higher vocational colleges,we shouldenhance the practical ability training of“double-qualified”teachers,improve the management mechanism of“double-qualified”teachers,and accelerate the team construction of“double-qualified”teachersin higher vocational colleges.It is helpful to narrow the gap between the training of higher vocational colleges and the actual needs of enterprises,and to improve the quality of education in higher vocational colleges.
