摘要 目的:探讨中国健康成人对于麦芽糖醇胃肠道耐受情况。方法:采用随机交叉双盲设计,招募12名健康志愿者,让其随机服用250 mL含有25 g麦芽糖醇或者25 g葡萄糖的水溶液,然后按照问卷内容,如实填写24 h后胃肠道反应、腹泻以及排便频次。结果:相比于葡萄糖,服用25 g麦芽糖醇溶液,中国成人均没有严重的胃肠道不适症状以及腹泻等报告。结论:中国成人可以很好地耐受25 g的麦芽糖醇,不会有明显胃肠道反应。 Objective To explore the gastrointestinal tolerance of maltitol in Chinese healthy adults.Method A randomized cross over double-blinded study was designed,and 12 healthy Chinese volunteers were recruited.They were randomly given 250 m L of water solution containing 25 g of maltitol or glucose.Then,they truthfully filled in questionnaire and defecation frequency after 24 h of consumption.Result Compared to the glucose group,there was little serious gastrointestinal symptom and diarrhea report in the maltitol consumption group.Conclusion 25 g of maltitol could be well tolerated by the Chinese adults without obvious gastrointestinal symptoms.
