石家庄红色文化以西柏坡精神为代表,是中国共产党领导中国人民在石家庄革命战斗时期、迈向胜利时期所涌现出的一系列红色革命事件、红色革命人物、红色革命精神的集大成。石家庄红色文化具有诸多特征:资源种类多样、革命事迹典型、精神价值独有、时代传承鲜明。从社会层面来看,红色文化涵养中国精神,相辅相成形成合力。从政治层面来看,将石家庄红色文化独有的西柏坡精神融入政治治理、社会管理,保持前进道路的正确性。从经济层面来看,以红色情结为纽带拉动经济发展,形成石家庄红色文化产业链。从文化层面来看,红色文化的先进性强化了民族的文化自信,与精神文明建设一脉相承。石家庄红色文化彰显了中国共产党人远大的价值目标和追求,其强大的引领力、感召力、凝聚力在中国特色社会主义建设中发挥着巨大作用,也必将为中华民族全面复兴的中国梦的实现提供强大的精神支撑力。

Represented by Xibaipo spirit, Shijiazhuang red culture is the epitome of a series of red revolutionary events, red revolutionary figures and red revolutionary spirit that emerge during the revolutionary battle and victory period of Shijiazhuang under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Shijiazhuang red culture has many characteristics: various types of resources, typical revolutionary deeds, unique spiritual value and distinct inheritance of the times. We should vigorously carry forward Shijiazhuang’s red culture,reconstruct the youth’s thoughts with the red spirit, and establish a correct world outlook, values and outlook on life. From the political level, integrate the unique Xibaipo spirit of Shijiazhuang red culture into political governance and social management, and maintain the correctness of the way forward. At the economic level, take the red complex as the link to stimulate economic development and form the red culture industrial chain in Shijiazhuang. At the cultural level, the advanced nature of red culture strengthens national cultural confidence and comes from the same spiritual civilization.
