晋察冀边区工业专门学校在张家口的创办及主要经验

Establishment of Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Area Industrial College in Zhangjiakou and Its Main Experience

晋察冀边区工业专门学校是北京理工大学的前身,其源头有二:一是延安的自然科学院,二是晋察冀边区的工业训练班。抗战胜利后,两校均迁入晋察冀边区首府张家口合并办学。截至1946年10月,工专因战火撤回农村老根据地,在城市稳定正规化办学1年有余。期间,学校边创办边完善,规范了各项规章制度与课程设置,践行群众路线并积极参与社会服务。一方面为当时晋察冀边区的国防工业建设贡献了力量、输出了人才;另一方面,积累了在城市稳定、正规化办学的宝贵经验,构成了新中国成立后北京理工大学以及当今高校办学的宝贵精神财富。

Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Area Industrial College is the predecessor of Beijing Institute of Technology. It has two origins: one is Yan’an Academy of Natural Sciences, and the other is the industrial training class in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the two schools move to Zhangjiakou, the capital of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area, and merge to run schools. By October 1946, the Industrial Techmical School had been withdrawed to the old rural base due to the war, being stable and regularized in the city for more than one year. During this period, the school establishes and improves, standardizes various rules and regulations and curriculum, practices the mass line and actively participates in social services. On the one hand,it contributes to the construction of national defense industry in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area at that time and exports talents;on the other hand, it has accumulated valuable experience in the stable and standardized running of schools in cities, which constitutes the precious spiritual wealth of Beijing Institute of Technology and today’s colleges and universities after the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
