摘要
在全国高等学校大力推进创新创业教育改革的大背景下,高校法学专业也顺势而为。为突破传统法学教育理念与实践的限制,改善法学专业人才能力欠缺以及应对社会发展对于综合型人才需求的弊端,故构建融Engine(内在动力)、Exercise(实训、实践)的“2E”与Condition(条件)、Chance(机会)的“2C”于一体的“2E+2C”教育新模式。在该模式指导下将法学教育与创新创业教育进行合理设计、深度融合,充分发挥两者相结合的最大潜力,进而把法学专业学生培养为既具专业知识和职业技能,又具备创新精神、创意思维和创业潜质的复合型人才。
In order to break through the limitation of traditional legal education concept and practice, and improve the lack of ability of law professionals and deal with the disadvantages of social development for comprehensive talents, it is necessary to construct a "2E+2C" education model which integrates the 2E, engine and exercise, and the 2C, condition and chance. Under the guidance of this model, legal education and innovation and entrepreneurship education should be rationally designed and deeply integrated, so as to give full play to the maximum potential of the combination of the two, and then train law students to have not only professional knowledge and professional skills, but also innovative spirit, creative thinking and entrepreneurial potential.
