慢病的中医防治观

Chinese Medicine Prevention and Treatment View of Chronic Diseases

慢病的防治逐渐成为国家卫生健康工作的重心,中医药在防治慢病中具有独特的优势。笔者从临床实际出发,学习中医名家辨治慢病的临床经验与学术思想,进而归纳提出中医药防治慢病的理念、思路,认为中医辨治慢病应当秉持以平为期的理念,在治疗思路上变中求稳。中医药在慢病治疗中能控制的是疾病的进程,以“调”为重要干预手段。文章认为调是平调治是纠错,治在当下调在长远,调是常态治是应急,治有正反调乃平和,最后结合现状探讨中医药防治心血管疾病的具体方案。

The prevention and treatment of chronic diseases has gradually become the focus of national health work.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.Based on the clinical practice,the author studied the clinical experience and academic thoughts of famous TCM doctors in the treatment of chronic diseases,and then summarized and put forward the concept and ideas of TCM in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.The author believed that TCM should adhere to the concept of balance in the treatment of chronic diseases,and seek stability in the treatment of chronic diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic diseases can control the process of the disease,with"regulation"as an important means of intervention,that regulation is moderate,treatment is error correction;Treatment in the present,regulation in the long period;Regulation is the normal and treatment is the emergency;There are pros and cons in treatment,but moderate in regulating.Finally,combined with the current situation,the specific scheme of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease with traditional Chinese medicine is discussed.
