摘要
目的:对近20年中医药治疗崩漏的文献进行文献计量分析,探索中医药治疗崩漏的发展现状及趋势。方法:在中国知网中检索2001~2020年中医药治疗崩漏的相关文献,应用Citespace 5.7R2和VOSviewer软件对作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入2259篇文献,核心作者138位以陈莹为代表;研究机构519家,以天津中医药大学为代表;11个关键词聚类,研究内容主要包括年龄阶段治疗、辨证分型治疗、中药复方治疗、中西医结合治疗、针灸治疗及名医经验的用药规律总结,应用数据挖掘技术于该领域是目前研究主要趋势。结论:中医药治疗崩漏研究热点集中在不同方法治疗的临床疗效观察研究,名老中医用药规律挖掘是未来研究的发展趋势。
Objective:To explore the delvelopment status and trend of traditional Chinese medicine in treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis by bibliometrics analysis of the literatures on the treatment of metrorrhagia with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 20 years.Methods:Researches on TCM treatment for metrorrhagia and metrostaxis from 2001 to 2020 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were retrieved and then visually analyzed by using Citespace 5.7 R2 and VOSviewer software were made about the authors,institutions and keywords of those researches.Results:A total of 2259 pieces of research were retrieved.There were 138 core authors,represented by CHEN Ying.There were 519 research institutes,represented by Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.There were 11 keywords cluster,which indicate the research contents mainly included age-stage treatment,syndrome differentiation and treatment,Chinese herbal compound prescription treatment,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and the summary of famous doctor experience in medication rule.The application of data mining technology was currently the main trend of research in this field.Conclusion:The research hotspots in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis focus on the observation of clinical efficacy of different methods of treatment,and the mining of medication rules used by famous TCM experts are the development trend of future research.
