摘要
目的:挖掘使用中药治疗心血管疾病中组分-药理作用规则及组分潜在药理作用,为组分潜在药理作用研究提供了前瞻性推断,同时为使用组分中药治疗心血管疾病优化配伍和应用提供了理论依据。方法:基于“治疗心血管疾病的方剂-中药-组分信息检索统计系统”收集中医药治疗心血管疾病的相关文献,筛选近25年文献数据中关键点的采集及结构化加工,利用Excel 2010中数据挖掘模块的关联规则算法,设置每个规则最低支持为2项,最小概率为10%的参数,对数据进行分析,挖掘治疗心血管疾病的组分-药理作用规则及组分潜在的药理作用。结果:通过关联规则挖掘,得出与临床治疗心血管疾病关联度较高的组分-药理作用规则,如白藜芦醇->抗氧化作用、丹参素->抗血小板凝集作用及丹参酮IIA->降血脂作用等,推测白藜芦醇潜在抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化及抗心肌缺血的药理作用,丹参酮IIA潜在降血脂及扩张冠状动脉的药理作用;同一组分在已确定药理作用基础上可能潜在其他药理作用,同一药理作用可能涉及多个组分。结论:组分-药理作用及组分-潜在药理作用规则的挖掘,为组分潜在药理作用研究提供了前瞻性推断,同时为临床采用组分中药治疗心血管疾病优化配伍和应用提供理论依据。
Objective:To provide a prospective inference for the study of the potential pharmacological effects of components,and provides a theoretical basis for the optimal compatibility and application of component traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases by exploring the rules of component-pharmacological action and the potential pharmacological effects of components in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Based on the"information retrieval and statistics system of prescriptions,traditional Chinese medicine,and components for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases",the related literature on the treatment of cardiovascular diseases with traditional Chinese medicine were collected,and the collection and structured processing of key points of literature data in recent 25 years were selected.Using the association rule algorithm of the data mining module in Excel 2010,the minimum support of each rule is set as 2 items,and the minimum probability is 10%.The data is analyzed,exploring the component-pharmacological action rules and potential pharmacological effects of components in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Result:Through the mining of association rules,we can get the components-pharmacological action rules that are highly related to the clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases,such as resveratrol->antioxidant effect,danshensu->antiplatelet aggregation effect,and tanshinone IIA->hypolipidemic effect,etc.It is speculated that resveratrol has potential pharmacological effects of antioxidation,anti-atherosclerosis,and anti myocardial ischemia,and tanshinone IIA has the potential to be hypolipidemic and expand coronary arteries.The same component may have other pharmacological effects based on identified pharmacological effects,and the same pharmacological effect may involve multiple components.Conclusion:The excavation of the rules of component-pharmacological action and component-potential pharmacological action provides a prospective inference for the study of the potential pharmacological action of the components,and at the same time provides a theoretical basis for the optimal compatibility and application of component traditional Chinese medicines in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
