基于“阳虚毒结”论胃肠道肿瘤治阳五法

Based on"Yang deficiency and toxin knot"to explore the intervention of five methods of treating yang in gastrointestinal tumors

肿瘤的发展演变与阳气盛衰相关,中国中医科学院广安门医院李杰教授立足经典及临证经验,首提“虚-寒-毒-闭-衰”肿瘤五期演变体系。本文聚焦五期演变的“寒”期,认为在胃肠道肿瘤疾病进程和不同的治疗阶段,阳气存在“虚-郁-闭”三种不同状态,但标阳虚损贯穿疾病始终。结合临床实践,根据胃肠道肿瘤癌前及早期、术后、进展期、化疗后、晚期等各阶段阳气状态迥异,提出启阳、升阳、疏阳、通阳、温阳的治阳五法以分应之并附医案一则,冀望对胃肠癌分阶段精准论治提供借鉴。

The development and evolution of tumors are related to the rise and fall of yang qi.Based on the classical and clinical experience,Professor Li Jie,the tutor,first mentioned the five-stage evolution system of tumors of"deficiency-cold-poison-closure-failure".Focusing on the"cold"period of the evolution of the five phases,this paper believes that at different stages of the process and treatment of gastrointestinal tumor diseases,there are three different states of yang qi:"deficiency-depression-closure",but the standard yang deficiency damage runs through the disease.Combined with clinical practice,according to the different states of yang qi in various stages of gastrointestinal cancer such as before and after cancer,after surgery,in the advanced stage,after chemotherapy,and in the late stage,it is proposed that the five methods of treating yang in Qiyang,Shengyang,Shuyang,Tongyang,and Wenyang should be divided,and a medical record is attached,hoping to provide a reference for the accurate treatment of gastrointestinal cancer in stages.
