教师教育者循证教学素养的结构体系与培育路径 被引量:4

摘要 循证教学素养是教师教育者核心素养体系的重要构成部分,是教师教育者从浅层教学到深度教学转化的关键,是影响教师教育教学质量的重要因素。它体现的是教师教育者基于证据进行教学实践的综合素质,其结构表现为“一轴三层”立体式结构体系:“一轴”指以证据素养为轴心,贯穿教师教育者循证教学素养结构体系;“三层”即底层的知识素养、能力素养、方法素养,中层的情感素养和思维素养,上层的精神素养。理念形塑、“知能”提升、思维转换和文化支持是教师教育者循证教学素养培育的重要路径。 Evidence-based teaching competency is an important component of teacher educators core competency system,the key to promoting the transformation from shallow teaching to deep teaching for teacher educators,and an important guarantee to improve the teaching quality of teachers education.It is a comprehensive quality of evidence-based teaching practice for teacher educators.The structure of evidence-based teaching competency of teacher educators is a three-dimensional structure model of“one axis and three layers”.“One axis”refers to the evidence-based competency as the axis,which runs through the system of evidence-based teaching competency of teacher educators.“Three layers”are the knowledge competency,ability competency,method competency in the bottom layer,and the emotional competency and thinking competency in the middle layer,the spirit competency in the upper layer.The important paths for teacher educators to cultivate their evidence-based teaching competency are molding their ideas,promoting their knowledge and ability,and transforming their thinking and culture supporting.
