摘要
农业人口城市落户是我国户籍改革与农地改革的核心,也是推动城镇化进程的关键。新承包法解除了“城市落户需退回农地”的约束性条件,那么制度调整后,宅基地确权是否会影响农户城市落户的倾向呢?本文基于新承包法后406份调研问卷,实证宅基地确权对农户城市落户的影响,同时考察社会交往的中介效用。研究发现:新承包法后,宅基地确权显著提高了农户的城市落户行为,且社会交往在其中产生了显著的遮掩效应。在进行稳健性检验后,该结论依然成立。
The settlement of agricultural population city is the core of registered residence reform and farmland reform,and also the key to promoting urbanization.The new contract law relieves the restrictive conditions of"Returning Rural Land for urban settlement".After the system adjustment,will the confirmation of homestead rights affect the tendency of farmers to settle in cities?Based on 406 questionnaires after the new contract law,this paper empirically demonstrates the impact of homestead ownership on Farmers'urban settlement,and examines the intermediary effect of social communication.The study found that after the new contract law,the confirmation of homestead rights significantly improved the urban settlement behavior of farmers,and social communication had a significant masking effect.After the robustness test,the above conclusion is still valid.
