诗歌是我国最早出现的艺术形式之一,也是中国文学中发展最为充分的体裁。中国古代文学史上出现了很多著名诗人、优秀作品以及研究诗歌的理论著作。这些诗学理论沿着古代海上丝绸之路,通过遣隋使、遣唐使、遣明使等传入日本,对日本文学发展产生了重要影响。日本诗话通过对中国诗学理论的吸收、消化和创新,最终形成了具有自己特色的诗话体系。

Among the many genres of Chinese literature, poetry is one of the earliest and well-developed genres. There are a lot of famous poets and theoretical works on poetry in the history. These poetic theories were introduced to Japan by the Sui, Tang, and Ming envoys through the ancient maritime Silk Road along with other literary styles during the ancient literary exchanges between China and Japan. These theories have an important impact on the development of Japanese literature. Through the absorption, digestion and innovation of Chinese poetic theory in each era, a poetic discourse system with unique characteristics of Japan is eventually formed.
