摘要
缺氧诱导因子(Hypoxia inducible factor,HIF)是一种由α和β亚基组成的异二聚体转录因子,是需氧生物细胞响应低氧胁迫的关键因子,参与调控需氧生物的胚胎发育、血管生成和免疫防御等多种生理生化过程。本文综述了近年来水生动物缺氧诱导因子各亚基的序列特征、进化特点和生物学功能,旨在系统梳理水生动物中缺氧诱导因子的相关分子生物学数据,并为深入了解和掌握水生动物缺氧诱导因子的生物学功能提供基础资料。
Hypoxia inducible factor(HIF)as a heterodimeric transcription factor composed ofαandβsubunits playing critical role in the response of aerobic cells to hypoxic stress can take part in regulating various physiological and biochemical processes including embryonic development,angiogenesis and immune defense in aerobic organisms.Recently,studies on HIF and its biological functions in aquatic animals have attracted extensive attention.In this paper,we reviewed sequence characteristics,evolution characteristics and biological functions of HIF’s each subunite in aquatic animals,in order to better and further understand the HIF and its biological functions in aquatic animals.
